1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 777bc website (777bc.org) and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("the User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 777bc Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 777bc Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777bc with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. 777bc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction. The 777bc Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 777bc may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where satisfactory age verification cannot be provided.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 777bc Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts and permanent suspension.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 777bc account and must update your information promptly in the event of any change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777bc login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify 777bc support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.
• Sharing account credentials with any other person is expressly prohibited.
• 777bc will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by the User's failure to maintain credential security.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 777bc operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. All Users are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal.

3.2 Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 777bc may request additional documentation at its discretion.

3.3 Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 777bc may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal rights. 777bc is not liable for any inconvenience or financial loss arising from a User's failure to provide required documentation in a timely manner.

3.4 All personal data submitted during the KYC process is handled in accordance with the 777bc Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Banking

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777bc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. These thresholds may be revised by 777bc at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and User VIP tier. 777bc endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, the Platform accepts no liability for delays attributable to the User's financial institution or payment provider.

4.4 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 777bc reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in connection with any transaction.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances following prior written notice to the registered email address. The dormant account fee will not cause the account balance to fall below zero.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 777bc are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and time limit are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

5.3 Abuse & Misuse. 777bc reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend or close accounts where it reasonably determines that a User has abused or attempted to abuse any promotional offer. This includes, without limitation, creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, wagering on all outcomes of an event using bonus funds, and using arbitrage strategies in violation of promotion terms.

5.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered User and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except in strict accordance with the applicable promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

6.1 All casino games available on 777bc are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game session, the outcome of the affected round shall be void and the corresponding stake shall be returned to the User's account balance.

6.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the 777bc sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. 777bc reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, corrupt activity, or where the market was priced in error.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 777bc Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undocumented features.
• Collusion with other players or Platform employees.
• Any form of fraud, cheating, or dishonest conduct.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

7. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period.

7.3 Age Verification. 777bc maintains a strict 18+ policy. Any attempt by a minor to register an account or access gambling services on the 777bc Platform is a serious violation of these Terms. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 777bc Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777bc or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from 777bc.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777bc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 The 777bc Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 777bc does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777bc's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 777bc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, including where the Platform reasonably believes the User has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
• Created multiple accounts in violation of clause 2.2; or
• Is or becomes subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.

10.2 Upon account termination for cause, 777bc may withhold any pending bonus balance. Verified cash balances in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, less any applicable deductions permitted under these Terms, subject to satisfactory completion of all KYC and verification requirements.

11. Amendments to Terms

777bc may update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the 777bc Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777bc is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in these Terms is intended to constitute a representation that the Platform is available or legally accessible in all jurisdictions.

12.2 Users are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the 777bc Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777bc makes no representation that its services comply with the laws of any specific country, including Pakistan. Access to the Platform is at the User's own risk and initiative.

12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, or account matter, the User should first contact 777bc customer support. The Platform is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Where internal resolution is not possible, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure prescribed by the Platform's applicable licence authority.
